Annnual general Meeting.

 

We are required to hold a general meeting  of members each year and as such we will hold one on Monday the 11th December.  As we have members from various places across the world, we will hold an electronic meeting, held here.

 

First item on our agenda will be the election of committee members. If you wish to attend the AGM, please complete this form and get it back to us by the 6th December. We'll send out an agenda for you to vote on and we'll make the results of your decisions available on the 11th December. All current office holders will then resign and the new members will take the baton.

 

In the meantime, if you would like to nominate for one of the following positions, please enter your name in the box opposite below. If you wish to nominate someone, by entering their name you confirm you have that person's approval.  Apart from a President and Secretary/Treasurer, we need 3 Committee members and editor of the RAM.

 

I am not able to continue with the RAM, just don't have time any more, if anyone wishes to take it on, please indicate below.
